State Approves Funding for School Nurse

State of DE Department of Public Health Approves Funding for Private School Nurse
Last week Representative Earl G. Jaques, Jr. visited Glasgow Church and Glasgow Christian Academy to personally announce that GCA has been approved to receive funding for a school nurse.  This is a LANDMARK moment, for the first time in ten years the Delaware Department of Public Health has added funding for a new private school nurse.  Earl Jaques, Jr. and dedicated GCA parent, Diane Roman, have actively been working toward this goal for over two years.  We are incredibly grateful to Earl and Diane for their efforts but most of all we praise and thank God for His provision and protection of our school.  Students and staff will now receive health care by a registered nurse five days per week.
