Please use the link below to begin the application process.  You may save the online application and return to it at a later time.  This is helpful if you need to obtain records from your child's current school. Once you hit submit, changes and document uploads in the online application are no longer possible. 

New Student Application

Once a completed application has been received, along with all documentation required, someone from our Admissions Office will contact you to set up an interview.

After completion of a family interview and acceptance, families will receive an email with instructions on how to Enroll.  This is the part of the process where classes are chosen, a FACTS payment plan is set up, and all disclosures are electronically signed.

After completing Enrollment, an email confirmation of all Enrollment Fees/Tuition and the selected Payment Schedule is sent from FACTS.

Re-enrollment for current children attending Glasgow Christian Academy is through our school management system, RenWeb,  and will begin on May 1st.  Logon to ParentsWeb and use the link under Family Information--Enrollment/Re-Enrollment or use the link in the 2016-17 Re-Enrollment email to enroll.  

Class schedule grids and course descriptions are available on the Class Information page under the GCA Classes tab on our website.  You will need each Course name and ID number in order to enroll.

When selecting classes please be sure to check that there are no holes in your child's schedule, choose a lunch and chapel if necessary, select a payment plan in FACTS and electronically sign all signature boxes to complete and submit.

A "submitted on" date should appear once the enrollment form has been submitted.  

After enrollment for each child in the family has been submitted an email confirmation from FACTS will be received detailing all Enrollment Fees/Tuition and the selected Payment Schedule.  

Current families must re-enroll for each child.  For your convenience, a link to RenWeb is noted below and in the right hand sidebar under Helpful Links.  For children from current families who have never attended GCA a New Student Application must be filled out.
