We are pleased to announce that Glasgow Christian Academy is in the process of acquiring Red Lion Christian Academy. Operations of both schools will be consolidated on the Red Lion campus for the upcoming school year (2012-2013). Interested new families are encouraged to contact that campus and schedule a tour. A brochure giving a glimpse into the Red Lion campus is available on this website. Additional information can be found at www.redlionca.org.

Landmark moment for Glasgow Christian Academy…
State of DE Department of Public Health Approves Funding for Private School Nurse
Last week Representative Earl G. Jaques, Jr. visited Glasgow Church and Glasgow Christian Academy to personally announce that GCA has been approved to receive funding for a school nurse. This is a LANDMARK moment, for the first time in ten years the Delaware Department of Public Health has added funding for a new private school nurse. Earl Jaques, Jr. and dedicated GCA parent, Diane Roman, have actively been working toward this goal for over two years. We are incredibly grateful to Earl and Diane for their efforts but most of all we praise and thank God for His provision and protection of our school. Students and staff will now receive health care by a registered nurse five days per week.

Box Tops For Education

Please collect Box Tops. They can be found on many grocery items both food and non-food as well as on all Avery office supplies. This is a great way to support our school! With your help, we received almost $1000 from this program this year! We thank you in advance for clipping them and dropping them into our box located outside the school office.
